As professionals in the healthcare field, we started dreaming of serving the people that are sick and need to be cared for in the comfort of their homes since our university studies. In fact, the major changes introduced in Quebec’s health care system and the remarkable aging of the population have encouraged us to get to work faster. As a result, we decided to mobilize a team of experienced professionals and to launch SPCV to provide people living with health problems, that may affect their independence or not, with personalized professional home healthcare services.
OUR GOAL is, therefore, to offer you the opportunity to live in your home as long as you want, while maintaining your independence and receiving personalized professional care.
To better meet your needs, we have adopted a comprehensive care approach. That is, we consider both the mental health and the physical health of an individual.

Our company is administratively managed by our administrative manager.
- 2 Clinical Manager
Our clinical manager, in addition to managing the company and accompanying other professionals and clients, can offer you, at no additional cost, the following SERVICES:
● A free home evaluation to discuss your needs and expectations
● Regular visits and follow-ups to supervise the quality of care you receive and evaluate your satisfaction
● Decides on the need for intervention by a health professional: physiotherapist, occupational therapist, respiratory therapist, social worker, etc.

In addition to caring for you, coordinating nurses can, at no additional cost, offer you a free home assessment to discuss your needs and establish a care plan with you and your family as needed.
- 4 Other specialized professionals
Physiotherapist, occupational therapist, respiratory therapist, social worker, nutritionist. These specialized professionals with good clinical expertise can make an assessment at home to discuss your needs and establish with you a treatment plan.
